Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping methods within the U.S. and Canada (please contact us for International delivery). Unless overnight or second day shipping is selected, orders will be processed the following business day after they are received. Orders will be shipped 7-10 days after purchase with the exception of those that are being shipped via overnight or second day air. Please note that our regular business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Second Day Air: 2 business days
Next Day Air: 1 business day
- Shipping calculated on this website is estimated shipping only and can cost up to 15% of the cost of your order.
- We gladly ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses; however, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Shipping discounts do not apply to orders outside the continental U.S.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on items sold to Purchasers in Massachusetts.
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of original order shipment with packing slip. Exceptions include: orders that were damaged, late or otherwise affected in any way due to our error. If an item is damaged or there is a manufacturer defect we will replace the item free of charge and send you the replacement. If the item is not damaged but you wish to return it, you may do so and we will credit your account for the product's cost once we receive the return item(s). We will pay the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error, otherwise consumer will be responsible for shipping costs. Opened items are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund. Please ship all returns to the following address:
